Last updated: July 1, 2026

ISP Hyperdrive is a division of Centreville Tech, LLC (“ISP Hyperdrive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit this website or engage us for services. We designed our sites and systems to respect your privacy and to help our clients meet their own obligations under the GDPR and the California DPA.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide. When you contact us, book a meeting, or request a proposal, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, company, email address, and phone number.
  • Usage information. We collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, referring pages, and the pages you view, so we can operate and improve the site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use a minimal set of cookies and analytics to understand traffic. See “Cookies” below.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.

How we use information

We use information to respond to your inquiries, provide and improve our services, communicate with you about your project, maintain the security and performance of our systems, and comply with legal obligations. Where we process information on behalf of a client ISP, we act as a processor under that client’s instructions.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. Essential cookies are required for the site to function. Analytics cookies, where used, help us measure traffic in aggregate. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required by law we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (such as hosting, email, and analytics providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights. Any provider we use is bound to handle information consistently with this policy.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, and to data portability. Residents of the European Economic Area are protected under the GDPR, and California residents are protected under the California DPA and related privacy laws. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Data security

We build on modern, statically generated, containerized infrastructure and follow reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. Client application backends are isolated per operator. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at every step.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
